User Management¶
Overview¶
Access to Falkonry Time Series Intelligence is strictly by invitation only. If you have not received an invite, please contact your account administrator or Falkonry via support@falkonry.com.
Note
Do not forward the TSI invitation email to others as it will not work for the other recipients.
User Management¶
Adding Users¶
The account owner can access the newly created account and can add users from the account menu as shown below.
Setting Password¶
On the first visit to Falkonry TSI you will be directed to the Sign Up page, enter a password of your choice to set the password for your access.
On subsequent visits, you will be directed to the log In page, where you must use your existing credentials to login.
Note
If you receive an error message \"User already exists\" it means you are an existing user and so you do not need to sign up, instead use the login tab
When should I use "sign up with Google"? If the email service provider of your email address is Google, then you can use "Sign up with Google".
Managing Users¶
Here new users can be invited and existing users can be removed from the account. Also user roles can be controlled.
Resetting Your Password¶
To reset your password:
- 1. Click Don\'t remember your password? option on the login page.

- 2. Provide your email address registered with Falkonry TSI, and click Send Email option.

- 3. Wait for the password reset email. Open the link mentioned in the email and set the password.

API Tokens¶
To use Falkonry TSI APIs, API tokens section allow users to generate security tokens that can be used for integrations. Currently, the API token are linked to user for identity and a role for permission. Pick Patterns Admin for Owner role and Patterns User for Manager and User role.
